EOC week 8: 10 legal issue questions

10 questions:
1. If I copy a work a website for inspiration and modified it to the point that you can’t tell, can I still be sued (changed 60%)?
2. If yes why? And what can I do to change it to make it my own work?
3. If I work in an animation company and didn’t sign any disclosure agreement, can I use what I learned in that company to earn money on the side?
4. What is the best response to a non compete disclosure contract? (what’s the best way to handle it)
5. If I’m working with a company and came up with my own idea should I patent it or I have to let the company know my idea because I work for them or signed a contract? (who owns idea?)
6. If there’s an ownership of idea in a contract, what types of word or clause to look for?
7. How much do people charge to read a contract, or advice/interpreter?
8. Should I copyright my work individually or wait for a volume of work then copyright at the same time
9. Can you be inspired by a competitors work and use it against them, at the same time changing it into a different design?
10. If a company give you a design and didn’t know it was inspired by another company and you didn’t know anything about it, can you still be sued?
